Your responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students' unique needs related to fine and gross motor skills
- Develop and implement effective OT interventions within school settings
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust care as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and family members
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating IEPs
- Provide consultation and training for school staff on therapeutic strategies
- Support transitions between school and home environments if required
- Uphold compliance with state and federal OT guidelines
