Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas OT license
- State of Texas fingerprinting/background check completed or in progress
- Multiple years’ experience in school-based or pediatric OT (highly qualified COTAs considered)
- Strong consultative evaluation skills and ability to attend ARDs
- Must not have been a former employee or previously terminated from a district (compliance required)
- Ability to manage a rotating caseload (consult and direct services; 30–40 direct)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services for a caseload of approximately 70 students (ages 3–21)
- Deliver services within 6–7 assigned campuses in a designated zone
- Maintain documentation via SHARES and excel logs for IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and families
- Act as the lead OT in your assigned area
