Job Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in PreK-5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students with diverse academic and developmental needs
- Commitment to improving student outcomes through occupational therapy services
