Make a meaningful impact supporting students across several locations as a dedicated contract Occupational Therapist. You'll work closely with a diverse caseload of 30-40 students, providing expertise and compassion to help them achieve their goals and succeed in the school environment.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Valid OT licensure for practice in the state
- Previous experience in school-based OT preferred
- Confidence working independently—COTA supervision is not available
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple school sites
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop IEP-based therapy plans
- Deliver direct OT services in classroom and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to progress reporting
- Adjust techniques and supports to meet evolving student needs
- Offer training and consultation to school teams
In this position, you'll work 32.5 hours per week from now through mid-June 2027, providing consistency and ongoing support. You'll have the opportunity to witness students’ development firsthand and partner with a committed school community.
