- Ability to organize schedules and manage caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored intervention plans for students with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ educational and developmental goals
- Implement evidence-based therapy sessions within classroom and 1:1 settings
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary, ensuring positive student outcomes
- Document sessions, prepare evaluation reports, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary team discussions
