Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in the state (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, goal setting, and progress reporting
- Adaptability with various age groups, from early childhood to high school
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional capabilities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in group and one-on-one sessions
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to school staff for classroom accommodations
- Help facilitate students’ independence and participation in school routines and activities
