Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure and credential required
- Experience with PreK-12th grade students preferred
- Skilled in evaluations, IEP development, and providing direct therapy
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) with school experience are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ needs and determine goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
- Track progress and document student outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Support inclusion by adapting learning environments and materials
- Provide training and consultative support to staff and family members
