Occupational Therapist School Setting in Hyattsville, MD

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP license (required)
- Experience supporting school-based, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy OT services is a plus
- Background working with K–12 student populations
- Ability to manage a caseload with varying types and levels of disability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, achievement-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K–12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support individual student goals
- Track and document student progress in alignment with state and district standards
- Adapt therapy plans to provide equitable access for students of all abilities
