Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to tailor therapy approaches based on individual student needs within educational plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT assessments and evidence-based interventions in both school and home health settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute clinical insight for student progress
- Educate teachers, staff, and family members on strategies to optimize student participation
- Maintain precise documentation on progress, treatment sessions, and compliance with relevant regulations
