Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough occupational therapy evaluations and deliver both direct and indirect services to meet students’ Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Support development of fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills in collaboration with the educational team.
- Work closely with teachers, families, and special education staff to optimize student outcomes within the school setting.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contribute to IEP planning, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Missouri State Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, teletherapy, or healthcare occupational therapy settings.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to complete all required background checks and state fingerprinting prior to starting.
