Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct therapy services, focusing on developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in school activities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy into educational goals
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and legal guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Adapt therapy sessions for in-person and remote delivery as needed, ensuring consistency of support
- Advocate for students’ needs and actively contribute to a positive school culture
