Key Qualifications:
- Holds a valid Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ academic progress and participation
- Document evaluations, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students’ learning and growth
- Adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes for each student
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive technology when appropriate
