What we’re looking for:
- Current Maryland Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Experience or strong interest in working with infants, toddlers, or early childhood populations
- Understanding of Child Find processes a plus
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in an educational environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Position highlights:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to infants and toddlers as part of a comprehensive school program
- Participate in Child Find assessments to identify students in need of services
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, supporting children’s developmental milestones
- Maintain accurate records and collect data to track progress and meet compliance standards
- Work closely with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists to provide coordinated care
- Educate families and staff on strategies to support children’s growth and independence
