Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Current, active Maryland Occupational Therapy license (MD OT License)
- Proven experience or strong interest in pediatric OT, especially with infants and toddlers
- Familiarity with Child Find processes and early intervention methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing compassionate, effective therapy in school-based settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers on-site, supporting developmental milestones
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention programs
- Participate in Child Find screenings and evaluations for early identification of needs
- Document therapy progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports in accordance with school policies
- Engage in team meetings and share expertise to help shape best practices within the school setting
