Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in South Carolina required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Familiarity with providing therapy to a diverse range of students spanning kindergarten through 8th grade
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement personalized IEP/504 goals
- Conduct evaluations, document progress, and adjust therapy plans to maximize student achievement
- Provide consultation and support for classroom adaptations and assistive technology as needed
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations
