Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess students’ physical, emotional, and developmental capabilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions for students with varying abilities
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to carry out therapeutic strategies in the classroom environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation, records, and progress reports in compliance with local and state regulations
- Provide support and training for school staff as they integrate occupational therapy recommendations into daily classroom activities
