School Occupational Therapist - Live Oak, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individual and group therapy sessions
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and create individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student success
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services, adjusting interventions as needed
- Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to student goal planning
- Provide guidance on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
