Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License (Department of Health)
- OSPI ESA license with OT endorsement (must be fully credentialed)
- Experience working with students (elementary through high school) with a range of mild to severe disabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior school-based OT experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students across K-12
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Support IEP development and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Document services and outcomes in compliance with state/federal regulations
