Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based, home health, or pediatric therapy preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within educational and healthcare teams
- Adaptability to different environments and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students in school and/or home health settings
- Implement interventions to support academic, developmental, and functional skills
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and healthcare standards
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings as required
