Key Qualifications:

- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to work with diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals tailored to support students’ academic and functional success
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy into students’ educational plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
