Occupational Therapist School Setting - Madison, IN

Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Indiana
• Previous experience in a school setting required
• Proficiency with IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Comfort working across K-12 grade levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate students’ motor skills and functional abilities in the school setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input to help shape supportive educational strategies
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to address students’ goals
• Keep accurate records and documentation for compliance and best practices
• Deliver both direct and consultative occupational therapy services
