Key Qualifications:
- Active OT or COTA license in Wisconsin (WI)
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and students
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy and problem-solving
- Skilled in both direct therapy and consultative services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy to students in early childhood, 4K, and elementary grades
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Support classroom staff with strategies for student participation and independence
- Engage in consultative services for select students to promote best outcomes
