Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current state OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds and ability levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify fine motor, sensory, and daily living challenges impacting educational participation
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students one day each week
- Provide classroom strategies and resources to teachers and staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, share progress, and contribute to team planning
