Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Massachusetts
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or behavioral OT roles (preferred)
- Able to manage a caseload that includes PreK social-emotional needs, behavioral interventions, Elementary ASD, and High School ASD students
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Must be available for onsite assignments (M-Th, 8:30am-2:30pm, 22 hours/week) within the specified dates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop tailored intervention strategies to help students with daily living skills, regulation, and classroom participation
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse behavioral and social-emotional profiles
- Maintain thorough documentation, complete progress reports, and participate in team meetings as required
