Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Delaware
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred

- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students according to prescribed IEP goals and district guidelines
- Evaluate student needs, complete assessments, and document progress regularly
- Develop and implement effective therapy interventions tailored to each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise during multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide consultation and in-service training for teachers and families to support skill development in the classroom and at home
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all reporting requirements
