Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Delaware
- Experience supporting pediatric populations (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans in a school setting
- Collaborative approach when working with educators, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments for students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Develop and execute evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
- Advocate for students' access to school environments and educational materials
- Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and caregivers regarding progress and recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
