- Proficient with IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, and collaborating with educators and families
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptability and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, adapting plans to meet individual needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to ensure integrated support for students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding student progress and therapy objectives
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to reach students remotely
