- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to school-aged children
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy, adapting methods for in-person and teletherapy formats
- Document progress, maintain case notes, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
- Work closely with educators, families, and other related professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Educate staff and families about accommodations, equipment, and strategies for student success
