Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Active Wisconsin OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in varied educational environments
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate strategies and supports into the classroom
- Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and training for staff and families, promoting effective strategies across settings
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that helps students build confidence and independence
