- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
- Document progress, maintain required records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate students and staff on tools and modifications for success in academic settings
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment that promotes engagement and independence
