Occupational Therapist School Setting - Mount Vernon, WA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for practice in Washington
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with home health or healthcare OT practices
- Understanding of teletherapy and remote service delivery
- Comfort with IEP processes, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt therapies for a variety of age groups and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct OT services in-person and, as needed, via teletherapy
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize success
- Educate school staff and families about OT best practices
