Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Skills in IEP writing and delivery
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication abilities
- Adaptable and proactive approach to changing needs and settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to K-12 students, enabling access to education and participation in school activities
- Assess and document student strengths, needs, and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor student IEPs
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and support educational best practices
