Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Port Orchard, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Washington state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptable and open to working with diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT
- Assist with developing and implementing student treatment plans
- Document session notes and progress in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student accommodations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, speech therapists, and counselors
