Responsibilities:
- Assess K-8 students to create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school staff
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Support faculty with in-class strategies and accommodations
- Foster student independence and functional participation within the school environment
