School Occupational Therapist - Nogales, Arizona

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist serving the 2026/2027 school year in the Nogales, AZ region. This position supports students with a combination of 60 direct service hours and 50 consulting hours, allowing you to make a significant impact through individualized care and collaborative consulting with staff and families.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
- Consulting with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress.
- Participating in IEP meetings and coordinating care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensuring compliance with all school, district, and professional regulations.
Desired qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (OT) in Arizona or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
- Prior experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a passion for facilitating student growth and independence.
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individualized educational goals.
