Occupational Therapist School Setting in Zimmerman, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Expertise in evaluations, IEP development, and implementing tailored therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to supervise and mentor a COTA effectively
- Technological proficiency to deliver remote services if working virtually
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to integrate therapy into students’ routines
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions, maintaining thorough documentation
- Supervise and support the daily activities of a COTA working onsite or virtually
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive student outcomes
