Qualifications:
- Hold an active Massachusetts OT or COTA license/certification
- Experience delivering occupational therapy in K-12 school or healthcare settings
- Capability to treat diverse needs, adapting approaches for a variety of students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP development preferred
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload, supporting IEP goals and classroom participation
- Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Conduct assessments, create reports, and contribute to eligibility or progress meetings
- Promote student independence and help improve fine motor, sensory, or functional skills in school and potentially home health environments
