Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current and active Maryland OT license/certification
- Prior experience within school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is highly valued
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies across a wide caseload spectrum (K–12)
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and design targeted intervention plans
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to progress planning
- Foster a positive, student-centered learning environment
