Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy for students in a school setting
- Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success and access to educational opportunities
- Contributing to IEPs and multidisciplinary teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico OT license (NMRLD) required by start date
- Eligibility for NMPED license, or NMPED license in pending status by start date
- Commitment to working on-site and engaging with students face-to-face
- Schools-based OT experience preferred, but not required
