Occupational Therapist School Setting in Osseo, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current and valid Minnesota occupational therapy license (must be submitted with resume for consideration)
- Proven experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy settings
- Ability to manage and organize caseloads across multiple high schools
- Comfortable stepping into a maternity leave coverage role and maintaining continuity of care
- Solid communication and collaboration abilities for working with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to high school students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and develop appropriate, individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with educational teams, teachers, and parents to support student goals
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adapt to a dynamic school environment and provide coverage across multiple sites as needed
