Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Minnesota (required; must be attached with your application)
- School-based OT experience is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with high school populations a plus
- Comfortable providing maternity leave coverage and adapting to changing needs within a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to high school students, targeting individual treatment and support goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to create and implement effective intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation to support student progress
- Manage a diverse caseload spanning four local high schools
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
