Occupational Therapist School Setting in Oswego, IL

This contract position will serve students and young adults in both a behavioral academy (K-12) and a transition program (ages 18-21), both operating within a supportive and collaborative setting near Oswego, IL. The schedule averages 32.5 hours per week, with workdays running from 7:45am-2:45pm or 8:45am-2:45pm, aligning with the academic calendar.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- Prior experience within school settings, particularly serving diverse learners
- Strong background in both direct therapy and consultative models
- Competence with assessments, evaluations, and IEP documentation
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services onsite to students K-12 and 18-21
- Conduct three-year reevaluations and annual reviews
- Deliver services collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ development in both behavioral and transition programs
