Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure for Illinois

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
