Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs, both individually and in small groups
- Support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to plan interventions and evaluate student progress
- Travel between multiple school sites as assigned
