Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for California
- Previous experience working in school-based OT settings preferred

- Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans tailored to high school students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Comfort with documentation and reporting systems relevant to educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to high school students in an onsite setting
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP requirements
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to educators and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Adapt intervention strategies across in-person and, if needed, technology-assisted sessions
