Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families
- Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic school settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and plans
- Conduct assessments and create tailored interventions that support student development
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records
- Work closely with educators and families to develop strategies that encourage success in the classroom and beyond
- Provide input and feedback during IEP meetings
