Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for New Jersey
- Experience providing OT services in school settings
- Comfort and professionalism working in both school and in-home environments
- Ability to assess and address the needs of 9–10-year-old students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions in the school and home to meet students’ individualized education goals
- Assess, document, and evaluate progress for each student, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure continuity and consistency of care
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Travel to homes for scheduled therapy sessions as part of the weekly schedule
