Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license required
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance (must be IVP, not Level 1)
- Experience in school-based OT settings or similar healthcare/OT roles (pediatrics, school, home health, etc.)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with educational teams, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services and interventions to K-8th grade students
- Evaluate students and develop individualized plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, progress reports, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Travel between assigned school sites within the district
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
