- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster participation and independence
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain detailed records and provide timely progress updates
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
