School Occupational Therapist - Port Orchard, Washington

Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Active Washington State ESA certification
- WA Occupational Therapist License
- Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in-person
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Consult with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Adapt interventions to accommodate various learning and physical challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful student goals
